Stewart Kennedy - back in the news again

Rogue advisor Stewart Kennedy has been exercising the pens of the Insolvency Service and the Daily Record. It has taken too long, but his Cost Reduction Services businesses have been wound up by a judge at the Court of Session.

The Insolvency Service Report is a tale of woe. The "debt and expenditure reviews" were guaranteed to save you money. The EasyEarn franchises were guranteed to make you money. Both were figments of Kennedy's imagination.

"... those who run businesses in this way do not get away with these sorts of practices..." said Companies Investigation Supervisor Scott Crichton. Maybe not, but Strathclyde Police were investigating him in 2005 and there is nothing to stop him starting over. So beware. We have not heard the last of Stewart Kennedy.
