Altantic Investors (Scotland) Ltd - all at sea

Glasgow-based advice firm Atlantic Investors (Scotland) Ltd was wound-up in 2020 in a solvent Members Voluntary Liuidation. The liquidation was completed and the company was dissolved in August 2023.
Two complaints were made against Atlantic Investors (Scotland) - relating to pension transfer and Sipp advice. One has been upheld and the Financial Services Compensation Scheme has now opened for claims against the dissolved company. The FSCS has stated that that neither claim is related to the British Steel Pensions Scheme. So altho0ghthe firm no longer exists you can make a claim to the FSCS by following this link
